Seasonal lot rental rate includes family of 4.
•Additional (immediate family) children age 4 to 14 $50 annually per child.
•Additional (immediate family) children 15 and over $100 annually.
•Maximum 6 Registered Residents per lot.
•Additional Registered Visitors of Residents may purchase a non-transferable
annual Seasonal Bracelet for $150 in lieu of day fees.
•Replacement bracelets $100. Return broken bracelets for exchange.
•Maximum 2 cars per lot.
Residents: Please remind your visitors to register at the office each visit
Registered Guests with Seasonal Bracelets exempt.
Seasonal Lot Lesees are called "Residents". Guests of Residents are called
"Registered Guests".
Residents will receive Parking Passes to display passes in front window.
Registered Guests receive one pass per car. Additional guest cars $2.00 per pass
per visit.

Long weekend rates apply to Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights
•Maximum occupancy 4 campers per lot, Two tents per lot or 1 RV or Trailer & 1
Tent per lot. Maximum 2 cars per lot.
•Additional campers 3-15 yrs. $5 p.p./day. Or $10 per 3 day pass or $15 per 4
day long weekend pass.
•Additional campers 16 yrs & up $10 p.p./day or $25 for a 3 day pass. $45 for
long weekend 4 day pass.
All Visitors of overnight campers must register at the office with ID.
